Alla Pensione di Ana & Stjepan Nikolic ci siamo trovati davvero bene, riguardo soprattutto al contesto di Medugorje. Da questa famiglia abbiamo ricevuto tanto oltre alla semplicità e alla totale disponibilità. Siamo stati davvero bene. Tanta accoglienza non ci era mai stata dimostrata prima d'ora. Certamente ci ritorneremo. La struttura è abbastanza vicina alla Chiesa e ai punti commerciali. Il servizio alle camere è stato piuttosto buono, pulito e ordinato.

Siamo stati benissimo la fagmiglia ti accoglie come se fossimo suoi parenti. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e abbondante. Torniamo anche quest'anno e non vediamo l'ora. Si gusta il sapore dei primi pellegrinaggi a Medjugorie quando eri accolto in caa dei parrocchiani. Tutti della famiglia sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze. Vicino alla Chiesa di San Giacomo

no air conditioning

no laundry service was offered (disabled person and a very small child with us)

rooms small, stinking of damp,our bedding was saturated with damp/wettish,very cold at night;shivering

bathroom with ants,insects in rooms

shower;tiny and water did not drain, leaving built-up puddle around the toilet

no lounge area only dining room and after we once stayed there until late having tea, it has been locked away for the remaining 3 days after 10.00pm. Many pilgrims return late from mountain trips, and they would have liked to make their own tea (no tea facilities in the rooms)as the only kettle is kept in the dining room (especially that with disabled person and with a young child one would expect to have access to basic things like kettle or drinking tap water)

meals expensive;restaurants are cheaper and give U variety of dishes

our passports were only returned to us on our departure (after 5 days)

Ana e' una persona eccezionale, una vera mamma!!!! si mangia benissimo, si e' in centro ma anche fuori, e' tranquillo, e' adatto alle famiglie, lo consiglio vivamente! se vogliamo trovare un difetto, le camere sono un po' piccole.... ma per il resto tutto benissimo!!!

terrible stay & memories, expected something from residents of such a place as Medugorie.but was mistaken , poor quality even according to the standards of 1* hostel, not recommended, location is the only highlight.

The staff, and the family are very welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them, on every question miss Nikolina answered me, like a personal guide and friend. The whole family works together and it is great at this time to see that. They care so much about their guests and that was amazing for me and my family. Ana, the owner is great, her kitchen is delicious. In fact, when I came I am greeted like a member of the family, the facilities are very good, rooms are great for this type of trip, great for me, it is important that the rooms are clean, and they are, they are cleaning the bathrooms every morning, we had new towels, sheets were clean and it is little away from the main street so we had a good sleep. The church is about 10 minutes from house, we did not use taxi. You can contact them for every info that you need. I would recommend it to all, and can not wait to go there again!

Perfect location. Extra-ordinarily friendly and accommodating family. Delicious home-cooked food. Pick-up and drop-off arranged by the most knowledgeable and friendly host. The experience at the Pansion made Medjugorje even more special.

Non sanno cucinare le camere sono piccole e la pulizia e davvero scarsa!!!!
